How weekend hire works
We aim to deliver with enough time for the water to heat before your planned first use. Collection is arranged for the agreed day after your hire. Exact timings come from your assigned local team.
What to have ready
Clear the route and setup space, identify the outdoor tap and power point, and remove anything sharp. Keep towels and footwear close so wet guests can move safely.
Can I extend the hire?
Often, subject to the next booking and your local team's schedule. Ask as early as possible; additional days are usually cheaper than starting a separate hire.
