Make a clear route
Measure the narrowest gate, passage and turn from the delivery vehicle to the setup area. A route around 80–90 cm is common, depending on the model.
Prepare a firm, level base
Patio, paving, concrete and suitable decking are usually easiest. Firm, level grass can work when the ground is appropriate and protective matting is used.
Have water and power nearby
Your delivery team needs an accessible outdoor tap and suitable power supply. Do not rely on improvised electrical connections.
Allow time for heating
Fresh water commonly needs 12–24 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. The insulated cover helps retain heat while you wait.
