Your package includes delivery, positioning, setup, a clean hot tub, insulated cover, heating and filtration equipment, treatment pack, simple instructions and collection. Exact inclusions are confirmed before payment.
How long does a hot tub take to heat?+
Allow around 12–24 hours, depending on the tub, water temperature and weather. We plan delivery around your first-use date so it has time to reach a comfortable temperature.
What space and access do I need?+
You need a firm, flat area near a standard outdoor tap and safe power supply. Most tubs require an access route around 80 cm wide. We check the details during booking.
Can a hot tub go on grass?+
Usually, provided the ground is level, firm and suitable for the filled weight. A patio or solid base is preferable. We may recommend protective matting or an alternative position.
