Ask the venue first
The venue must approve the installation in writing and confirm access, drainage, water, power and a load-bearing level surface.
Plan changing and privacy
Provide dry changing space, towels, non-slip access and somewhere secure for guests' belongings. Make the hot tub schedule clear so guests can plan ahead.
Book around the event
Allow generous setup and heating time before guests arrive, and arrange collection so it does not conflict with venue turnaround or departure times.
